1One licence, one person

Each licence is for one named user. Do not share sign-in details, run one account on several devices at the same time, or give others access through screen sharing, remote desktops or similar tools. If we find a login used by more than one person, we may suspend the account; repeated misuse can lead to termination.

2Allowances

Downloads, contacts and credits are counted against the allowance in your plan.

3No automated extraction

You may not scrape, crawl, bulk-export or otherwise extract data from the platform with bots, scripts or automated tools, except through a service we provide for that purpose and within its limits.

4What happens if limits are exceeded

When you reach an allowance, the relevant feature pauses until your allowance renews or you add more. We may slow down or temporarily block traffic that threatens the stability or security of the Services, and we will tell you when we do.
